Welcome to SB Collection India (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our e-commerce platform sbcollectionindia.com and our mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

By accessing or using our Platform, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • Product images are for representation; actual products may vary slightly.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to revise prices at any time.
  • Payments may be made via UPI, cards, wallets, net banking, or approved payment gateways.
  • By initiating a payment, you authorize our payment partners to process it securely.
  • Orders with failed or incomplete payments will not be processed.
  • Refunds will follow our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Order Placement and Cancellation

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order.
  • A confirmation is sent by email or SMS upon acceptance.
  • We may cancel orders due to stock issues, errors, payment failure, or suspicious activity.
  • Users may cancel orders before dispatch, subject to our cancellation policy.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to deliver within estimated timelines, though delays may occur due to external factors.
  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will appear at checkout.
  • Risk transfers to the user upon successful delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Covered under our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Only eligible products will be accepted for returns.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Our decision on disputes regarding product condition or eligibility is final.

8. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful activities.
  • Post defamatory, obscene, copyrighted, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to breach platform security or gain unauthorized access.
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions or abuse offers.

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

10. Reviews & Feedback

  • By posting, you grant us rights to use, display, or edit such content for business purposes.
  • We may remove inappropriate, false, or misleading reviews.

11. Promotions & Offers

  • All promotional offers are subject to change without notice.
  • Fraudulent or abusive use of promotions may lead to account suspension.

  • We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
  • Access such sites at your own risk.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SB Collection India is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use.
  • Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify SB Collection India, its team, and affiliates from claims arising due to breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

Upon termination, all rights to use the Platform immediately cease.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law.
Disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of updated Terms.
