No Refund, No Return – Replacement Only Policy

At Sb Collection India, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience.
Please read this policy carefully. We offer no refunds and no returns. We provide replacement only for damaged or incorrect products, and an unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.


1. Replacement Eligibility (No Refunds / No Returns)

A replacement will be provided only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You submit valid proof, including:
    • A clear, unedited unboxing video
    • Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

To qualify for a replacement:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide a complete unedited unboxing video.
  • Product must be unused and in original condition.
  • Provide invoice/order ID.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

Your claim will be accepted only if:

  • The unboxing video starts before opening the package, showing the parcel from all sides.
  • The shipping label is clearly visible.
  • The full uncut opening process is shown.
  • The issue (damage/defect/wrong item) is clearly visible in the same video.

Claims without an unboxing video will be rejected.


3. Non-Replacement Items

Replacement is not provided for:

  • Product damage due to customer mishandling
  • Used or worn items
  • Claims without unboxing video
  • Claims after 48 hours
  • Size or color selection mistakes by the customer
  • Items marked “non-replaceable” on the website

4. Replacement Process

Steps to request a replacement:

  1. Email or contact support with your complaint.
  2. Attach the unedited unboxing video + photos.
  3. Provide order ID and a short explanation.
  4. Our team will verify within 24–72 hours.
  5. Once approved, a replacement will be shipped.

Customers may be asked to return the damaged/incorrect product depending on the category.


5. No Refund Policy (Strict)

Sb Collection India does not provide refunds for any reason:

  • No refund for prepaid or COD orders
  • No refund if the replacement item is unavailable
  • No refund on delays caused by courier services
  • No refund on shipping/handling fees

If a replacement is not available, we will offer an alternative product, not a refund.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
  • No refunds for cancelled or refused deliveries.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Report within 48 hours.
  • Provide unboxing video + photos.
  • After verification, a replacement will be arranged.

8. Exchange Policy

  • No exchanges for size, color, or preference.
  • Only replacement for damaged/incorrect items.
