  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free
  • Express Shipping (if applicable): Charges displayed at checkout

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email with a tracking ID and tracking link.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update on the courier portal.

4. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will make two delivery attempts.
  • If both attempts fail, the package may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability.
